A main component to a successful recording experience is to be mindful of the many perspectives that exist, from the engineer to the director to professional performers and students. Because of his vast experience as a music educator, he recognizes the unique dynamics present within an ensemble and from that he is able to measure what is necessary to bring out the best elements in each performance, all within a comfortable, relaxed and professional environment.
